StakeLayer

StakeLayer is used within the StakeLayer ecosystem to support staking, restaking and yield aggregation. Users can deposit assets such as WBTC, BTCB, ETH, BNB, USDT and USDC into primary vaults and receive staked tokens that represent their share of the deposited assets.

These staked tokens can also be deposited into secondary vaults, which are designed to aggregate additional yield. The system also includes a native token vault for StakeLayer tokens, where staking the asset can provide boosts within the yield aggregation process.

StakeLayer’s model includes a strategy manager that allocates assets across DeFi and CeFi yield routes. These may include lending, liquidity provision, bridge liquidity, fixed or simple earn products and arbitrage strategies. The aim is to give users a way to access yield opportunities across different parts of the crypto market through a single vault-based system.

The platform also uses an on-chain mirror mechanism, which is intended to reflect Bitcoin-related holdings on-chain. This allows these assets to be tracked and used across DeFi and CeFi activities while supporting verification of balances and transactions.

StakeLayer is associated with a team that includes Vladi, Anna and Yaro. Vladi is linked to operations, Anna to marketing and Yaro to creative direction.
