Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we handle data when you use our cryptocurrency data aggregation platform. Last updated: December 4, 2025.
Introduction
Crypto News Navigator (“we,” “our,” or “us”) runs the website www.cryptonewsnavigator.com (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle data when you use our crypto data and news platform.
We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. By using our Platform, you agree to what's described in this policy.
Privacy Info
- ✓We DO NOT collect personal information for our core features. You can access crypto prices, charts, and news without creating an account.
- ✓We display third-party advertisements to keep our platform free. Users in the EU/EEA can manage interest-based advertising preferences through our consent banner.
- ✓We DO NOT sell your personal data. Our advertising partners may use cookies for ad targeting only with your consent (EU/EEA) or by default (other regions).
- ✓We aggregate publicly available data. We display crypto prices, market data, news from public sources, and operate a Crypto Academy for education and a Crypto Companies directory.
What We Do
Crypto News Navigator combines several services into one cryptocurrency platform:
- Market data: We retrieve crypto prices, market caps, trading volumes, and historical data from third-party APIs and display them in real-time, including through WebSocket connections for live prices.
- News: We aggregate and display news from over 50 external cryptocurrency publications. We do not author or modify these articles.
- Crypto Academy: We publish original educational content including guides, research, and market analysis. Our team and guest contributors create this content, which is managed in our content system.
- Crypto Companies directory: We maintain a directory of over 8,000 crypto and blockchain businesses. Company information is sourced from public data and direct submissions.
- RSS feed: We provide an RSS feed of news for use in feed readers.
We do not collect, store, or process personal information about our users beyond what is necessary to provide these services.
Data We Collect
Personal Information
We DO NOT collect personal information for our core crypto data and news features. You can use our Platform anonymously without an account, email address, or providing any personal details.

- Guest post submissions: Your name, email, topic proposal, writing samples, and article content

We DO NOT sell your personal data. Advertising partners use their own cookies (with your consent) to deliver ads, but we do not provide them with your personal information.
Data Sharing
We DO NOT sell your personal data. However, we work with advertising partners who may collect data through their own methods:
Ad Partners
We use cryptocurrency-focused ad networks to show ads. These partners might:
- Use cookies to deliver relevant advertisements
- Collect browsing data for ad targeting (with your consent)
- Measure advertising performance
EU/EEA users can opt out of interest-based advertising by declining consent in our cookie banner.
We may also disclose data when legally required to:
- Comply with legal requirements, court orders, or government requests
- Protect our rights or property
- Prevent or investigate potential issues or security threats
- Protect users or the public in emergency situations
Important: We DO NOT sell personal data. Our advertising model does not involve the sale of user data.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate our Platform:
- Market data providers: We retrieve crypto prices, market caps, trading volumes, and historical data from established cryptocurrency data providers through their public APIs. Live prices are delivered through real-time data connections.
- News sources: We aggregate and display news from over 50 crypto and blockchain publications. We do not author or modify these articles.
- Content management: Our Crypto Academy articles and Crypto Companies directory data are stored in a managed database system. This system only contains published content, not user data.
- Advertising networks: We show ads from cryptocurrency-focused ad networks. These partners may use industry-standard ad technology and might set their own cookies for ad targeting.
- Cloud hosting: Our Platform is hosted on a reliable cloud hosting provider, which may handle server logs and detect your general location for GDPR compliance.
- Content delivery networks: We use CDNs to make the Platform load faster and run better for users around the world.
- Social media: We maintain social media accounts where we may post market updates. We do not collect data from social media platforms on our Platform.
These services have their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend reviewing them if you would like to learn more about their data practices.
Your Rights
If you're in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you have data protection rights:
Advertising Preferences
EU/EEA users can control advertising cookies through our consent banner. On your first visit, select “Accept” for interest-based advertising, or “Reject” to receive only general, non-targeted ads. Either way, the Platform functions identically.
Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your advertising consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. On your next visit, the consent banner will appear again and you can select a different preference.
Access
Since we do not collect personal data for our core features, there is typically nothing to request. However, if you have contacted us through our contact form or submitted content, you can request a copy of the information you provided. Contact us and we will assist you.
Object
You have the right to object to interest-based advertising at any time. Simply decline through our cookie banner and you will only see general, non-targeted ads. The Platform and all its features function identically regardless of your advertising preference.
If you have questions about your rights, let us know.
Data Security
We take security seriously and employ industry-standard practices to protect our Platform and any data that passes through it. While no organization can guarantee perfect security, we are committed to maintaining robust protections.
Security Measures
- HTTPS encryption on every page so all data moving between you and our servers stays private
- Secure hosting infrastructure with regular updates and patches to keep vulnerabilities away
- Routine security reviews and monitoring to catch anything unusual before it becomes a problem
- Protection against common attacks like DDoS, injection, and cross-site scripting
- Limited access to internal systems so only the people who need it can reach sensitive areas
That said, nothing online is 100% safe. No website, app, or service can guarantee total security. We do our best to protect the Platform, but we can't promise that it will never have issues. You use the Platform at your own risk, and we recommend keeping your own devices and browsers up to date too.
Children
Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. Cryptocurrency is a complex subject and the markets carry real financial risk, so our content is designed for adults who can make their own informed decisions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Since our core features do not require accounts or personal data, this is generally not a concern. However, if you believe a child has provided us with personal information through our contact form or any other channel, please notify us immediately and we will delete it as promptly as possible.
International Users
Our Platform is accessible from anywhere in the world. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that any technical data (such as server logs and cookie information) may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our hosting and services operate.
By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer. Since we do not collect personal data for our core features, international data transfer regulations generally do not apply to most users. If you have contacted us through our contact form, that information is processed on our US-based servers.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the technology we use, or applicable legal requirements. When we make updates, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue use of the Platform.
