Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware and you agree that any claim brought against you must be brought in those courts. Dispute Resolution
Prior to filing any lawsuit, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally. Many controversies can be settled by simply talking to one another. Please email us using our contact page and we will make a good faith effort to settle the issue.
Should you and we not resolve your complaint within 30 days after your request, you or we may pursue our respective remedies in court, including a small claims court, as set forth in the governing law section above.
You agree not to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration proceeding against us. Any dispute between you and Crypto News Navigator shall be resolved on an individual basis only.
