Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Crypto News Navigator (“us”, “we”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at www.cryptonewsnavigator.com (the “Platform”) and all related services, features, content, and functionality.

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Nature of Our Service

Crypto News Navigator is a data aggregation platform. We collect, organize, and display publicly available cryptocurrency market data and news articles from third-party sources. Our Platform provides:

• Real-time and historical cryptocurrency price data from public APIs
• Market metrics including market capitalization, trading volume, and supply data
• Interactive price charts and technical indicators
• Aggregated news articles from over 50 cryptocurrency and blockchain publications
• Links to original news sources and data providers

We do not trade, custody, or facilitate the buying or selling of cryptocurrencies. We are not an exchange, broker, wallet provider, or financial institution. We simply display publicly available information for educational and informational purposes.

Use License and Restrictions

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit or post any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, networks, or accounts
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place excessive burden on the Platform or its infrastructure

• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or relationship with any person or entity

• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Crypto News Navigator and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
• Loss of investments, trading losses, or missed opportunities
• Loss of data, information, or use of the Platform
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages resulting from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in displayed data
• Damages resulting from Platform downtime, unavailability, or security breaches
• Damages resulting from your reliance on Platform content or third-party information
• Any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crypto News Navigator and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and legal costs) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any investment decisions or financial losses resulting from your use of the Platform
• Any unauthorized use of your account or access to the Platform

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or violation of applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may voluntarily stop using the Platform at any time without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional prominent notice on the Platform or via other communication methods.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crypto News Navigator regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
