AMZNon provides economic exposure to the price performance of the ordinary shares of Amazon.com, Inc., as described in the KID. It is structured to replicate the return of the underlying share after fees and expenses, without requiring direct ownership of the share.

Investors may request redemption at any time by submitting an order to the issuer or a party acting on its behalf. Redemption is settled in cash. At the sole discretion of the issuer, settlement may alternatively occur in other fiat currencies or cryptocurrencies.
