StartmeupHK Project
The goal of the StartmeupHK project is to assist foreign founders of innovative and scalable startups in establishing themselves in Hong Kong or growing their businesses there. They offer a variety of services, such as information about the startup ecosystem in Hong Kong, introductions to the startup scene, organization of startup events, and support in creating an atmosphere where entrepreneurs may flourish.
StartmeupHK is an initiative by InvestHK that was established in the year 2000. The company was placed in Hong Kong.
Objectives of StartmeupHK
- Encourage and assist businesses involved in the startup ecosystem to establish a presence here.
- Offer a one-stop service platform to help them develop in Hong Kong and abroad.
- Assist in creating a thriving startup environment to promote an entrepreneurial culture in the city.
- Promote Hong Kong as a global technology location.
Access to resources and activities that help startups' entrepreneurial endeavors, including information on potential investors and incubation and acceleration programs, should be made available.
