Songbird crypto's function in the Flare ecosystem is a bit of a liminal space. It's not a testnet, where tokens have no intrinsic value. And it's not a competing Layer 1 protocol jockeying for market share. Songbird is a full-fledged EVM-compatible blockchain with real economic activity happening on it, real governance processes in place, and real oracle infrastructure live.
