UBU

UBU is used for transactions and participation across Ubuland and related experiences, including:

• Buying, selling or renting virtual land and other in-world digital items.
• Paying for in-world goods and services such as avatars, avatar items and other marketplace listings.
• Creating, publishing and monetising experiences such as social spaces, events, games, exhibitions and virtual storefronts.
• Staking and reward mechanisms linked to ecosystem participation.
• Governance participation where governance functionality is available or introduced.
• Supporting a project-defined charity treasury mechanism linked to token transaction activity.

UBU is presented as being led by a core team that includes:
