About Tellor Tributes

Tellor Tributes (TRB) is a token used within the Tellor decentralized oracle on the Ethereum network, primarily for validator incentives, staking deposits, and dispute fees. Its supply increases over time, managed by the Tellor Core contract. Founded in 2019 in the U.S. by Brenda Loya, Nick Fett, and Michael Zemrose, Tellor aims to ensure system security, create a robust ecosystem, and establish long-term sustainability.
The primary uses of TRB include incentivizing miners via base rewards and acting as a staking deposit for miners. TRB is also used for paying dispute fees within the system. Moreover, ownership of the Tellor token is essential in the dispute resolution process, as it serves as the basis for calculating votes. The overarching goals of TRB in the Tellor system are threefold: to ensure system security, to foster a robust and active Tellor ecosystem and community, and to establish a sustainable system for the future. These goals are achieved by ensuring a diverse and distributed ownership of TRB tokens, miners, and users, contributing to a decentralized and secure system.
Tellor was launched in 2019 in the United States by Brenda Loya, Nick Fett, and Michael Zemrose. Prior to founding Tellor, these key team members worked together on a project called Daxia, which also focused on blockchain technology. Brenda Loya, currently the CEO and co-founder of Tellor, previously held the position of VP and Lead Developer at Daxia. Nick Fett, the co-founder and CTO of Tellor, was the founder of Daxia and has experience in economics, regulation, and derivatives, including a tenure with the U.S. Commodities Futures Trading Commission. Michael Zemrose, co-founder and CSO of Tellor, formerly led Business Development at Daxia and has a background in entrepreneurship, specializing in media and consulting for various cryptocurrency projects.

Gala Whale Wallets Hold More Than Some Central Banks

Gala Whale Wallets Hold More Than Some Central Banks

Gala (GALA) has a problem that no chart pattern or price prediction can capture: three anonymous wallets control roughly forty percent of the token's 47.6 billion circulating supply, a level of concentration that would trip antitrust rules on any regulated equity market. This piece reads the on-chain trail those whales have left - holdings dating back to mid-2022, a Q1 2026 pause in exchange transfers, and a derivatives-led rally in late April - to ask whether they are quietly accumulating or simply waiting to distribute into a thin market. With daily volume near $16.8 million, even a small unwind by these wallets could overwhelm the order book, the same dynamic that made the May 2024 mint exploit so damaging. A new disinflationary burn and a China cross-chain push could offset some of that pressure, but none of it changes the core flaw: the value of GALA, its staking rewards, and every node operator's payout hinge on three private keys.

How to Buy Toncoin and Pick the Right Wallet

How to Buy Toncoin and Pick the Right Wallet

Toncoin (TON) trades around $2.40 with an all-time high of $8.25 and now powers a Telegram-native ecosystem that processed 67 million transactions in April 2026 alone. Buying Toncoin on Coinbase or Binance is the easy part. What you do with TON once it leaves the exchange is harder, because Toncoin wallets are not addresses; they are smart contracts deployed on-chain, and the wallet version you choose generates different addresses from the same seed phrase. This guide walks through three configurations that matter in 2026: Telegram's built-in custodial wallet for fast on-ramping and Premium purchases, Tonkeeper for self-custody and access to Fragment, STON.fi, DeDust, and TON Connect dApps, and Ledger hardware support for users who hold meaningful balances. Catchain 2.0 brought sub-second finality, and Telegram's takeover as the network's largest validator in May 2026 changes the institutional context behind every wallet choice.

INJ Staking Returns Just Hit 12% and Validators Are Nervous

Injective staking yields surpassed 12% annualized in late March 2026, a level not seen since the protocol's early days. The spike came alongside increased on-chain derivatives volume and an accelerating token burn rate. But the same burn-and-mint mechanism that drove yields up can reverse quickly, and validators are watching closely as Q1's favorable conditions begin to unwind.
