BTCP will use ZClassic (zk-snarks). This means payments are published on a public blockchain, but the sender, recipient and other transactional metadata remain unidentifiable.

Although 'BTCP' was the ticker assigned at the deployment of the Bitcoin Private Token's smart contract, it is also in use by another asset with a larger market presence and higher trading volume on major exchanges. To avoid confusion in the marketplace, the alternative ticker 'BITCOINP' has been adopted for this token. This designation ensures that assets are distinctly identified.
