SOLX functions as the core utility token within the Solaxy ecosystem.

Its primary uses include:

• Transaction fees: SOLX is used to pay for transactions and smart contract interactions executed on the Solaxy Layer 2 network. - Staking: Token holders can stake SOLX to participate in network operations and receive staking rewards. The staking model is structured to encourage ongoing participation in the ecosystem. - Governance participation: SOLX may be used in governance processes related to protocol upgrades and ecosystem decisions. - Ecosystem incentives: The token supports incentive mechanisms for developers, contributors and other participants building applications and infrastructure within the network.

By batching and sequencing transactions off-chain before committing them to Solana’s Layer 1, Solaxy increases effective throughput and aims to provide faster confirmation times and lower costs for decentralised finance applications, gaming environments and other high-frequency use cases.
