About NPER
NPER is a South-Korean platform aiming to solve the Intellectual Property rights problem through a blockchain-based project. NPER's ecosystem records all the information of Intellectual Property on the distributed ledger and sorts the IP blurriness issue. The platform enables creators to protect their rights, trade ownership & licenses through transparent records, and economic value for each token.
The NPER token is an Ethereum-based ERC 20, its a medium of exchange in the NPER ecosystem generating commission fees when used. These commission fees are IP tokens used as off-line support services for the platform maintenance.
