CPROP’s mission is to drive standardization, automation and validation in real estate to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce costs, improve accuracy and reduce risks for all stakeholders using blockchain technology.
The CPROP platform will be accessed via web or mobile app providing a way for all users to find and interact/transact with one another.
All CPROP platform-related fees will be payable with a native token, the MLS. These MLS tokens will be used to pay for the various services provided by the platform such as fees for generating standardized documentation packages based on a smart contract algorithm, escrow services, government filings, and payment processing including cryptocurrency/fiat currency conversions.
