About LoopNetwork
LoopNetwork is a blockchain project that presents Loop Chain as an EVM-compatible Layer 1 network for running smart contracts and decentralised applications. LOOP is the token associated with the ecosystem and is described as the native asset, with a BEP-20 representation on BNB Smart Chain for circulation and trading. LOOP is positioned for staking and staking-based governance in a PoSA (Proof of Stake and Authority) validator model, for use across the Loop Chain ecosystem and connected applications and for token-specific mechanics on the BEP-20 version, including buy and sell transaction taxes and how those taxes are allocated within the project’s stated framework.
LOOP is positioned for three main purposes:
- Staking and validator governance: participation in a PoSA (Proof of Stake and Authority) model where validator inclusion and rotation is tied to staking-based governance.
- Ecosystem use on Loop Chain and connected applications: use as the token associated with activity across the Loop Chain ecosystem and applications built on or connected to the network.
- Token mechanics on the BEP-20 version: the BEP-20 representation is described with specific tokenomics rules, including transaction taxes on buys and sells and how those taxes are allocated by category within the project’s stated framework.
