Although 'INX' was the ticker assigned at the deployment of the Insight Protocol Token's smart contract, it is already in use by another asset that has a larger market presence and higher trading volume on major exchanges. Due to this pre-existing association and to avoid confusion in the marketplace, the alternative ticker 'INSIGHTPROTOCOL' has been adopted for this token. This designation is specifically used to ensure that assets are distinctly identified.
INX Mining's token payment is a token that is continuously or eventually provided to ecosystem contributors during DAPP service through Insight Protocol. The user's mining amount varies individually according to the ecosystem contribution points on the previous day, and can be changed according to the Insight Protocol policy.
