The ESX token is a multifunctional asset within the EstateX ecosystem. It facilitates a wide range of user interactions, services, and decentralised governance mechanisms. Its core utilities include:

• Transaction Fees: Used to cover fees within the LaunchX and PropXChange platforms for purchasing, listing, or trading real estate tokens.
• Rental Income Claims: Property token holders can receive rental income payouts in ESX based on their fractional ownership.
• Staking: Participants can stake ESX to earn platform-based rewards.
• Access to Tokenisation: Legal property owners can use ESX to access tokenisation services through TokenizeX.
• Governance: ESX holders participate in DAO governance, voting on proposals related to platform upgrades, fund allocations, or ecosystem changes.
• EstateX Pay: Used as collateral for real estate-backed liquidity and spending.
