About Aquachain
Aquachain is a distributed computing platform based on proof of work chain technology. It's not a company, and there was no ICO, no pre-mine, no dev fund, no pre-sale, etc. Transactions, once mined, are irreversible and uncensorable. The cryptocurrency AQUA will be the platform (Aquachain) fuel.
Although 'AQUA' was the ticker assigned at the deployment of the Aquachain token's smart contract, it is already in use by another asset that has a larger market presence and higher trading volume on major exchanges. Due to this pre-existing association and to avoid confusion in the marketplace, the alternative ticker 'AQUAC' has been adopted for this token. This designation is specifically used to ensure that assets are distinctly identified.
