VOOI

VOOI serves as the governance and utility token within the VOOI Network. Its primary functions include:

• Governance: Token holders can vote on protocol changes, including fees, listings, routing logic, emission schedules, and platform development parameters.
• User incentives: VOOI tokens reward platform participation through structured airdrops, yield boosts, fee discounts, and other programme-based incentives.
• Fee reductions: Traders holding or staking VOOI can receive trading fee discounts based on activity tiers or staking durations.
• Yield enhancements: Locked or staked VOOI positions qualify for yield boosts on eligible strategies surfaced within the platform.
• Early access: Participants aligned with governance parameters gain priority access to pre-release features or new modules.

The VOOI token economy is based on a fixed-supply model with no inflation, structured to align incentives between contributors, users, and long-term ecosystem growth. The total supply is capped at 1,000,000,000 tokens, with emission governed by structured vesting schedules across airdrops, growth funds, contributors, and investors.

VOOI operates through a modular architecture designed to abstract chain complexity and unify liquidity access. Key components include:

• VOOI Light: Offers a simplified, chain-abstracted trading experience. Users operate through smart accounts with gas sponsored by paymasters. Actions such as opening a position or allocating yield are processed by solvers and OneBalance, which handle routing and liquidity mobility.
• VOOI Pro: Offers an advanced interface for professional traders. It uses intent-based liquidity flows to pre-stage collateral across multiple venues. It integrates smart order routing (SOR) for split orders, time-weighted execution, queue-aware sizing, and fee optimisation.
• Solvers and OneBalance: Solvers evaluate execution plans across venues, while OneBalance manages real-time liquidity rebalancing across chains to maintain a unified balance.
• Security: All user actions are signed EIP-712 intents with strict policy envelopes (bounds, expiry, nonce, fee limits). Smart accounts are protected through session controls, fallback EOAs, and decentralised key management.
