Pencils Protocol

DAPP is the native utility and governance token of the Pencils Protocol ecosystem. It enables participants to access and engage with various services offered by the platform:

• Governance: DAPP holders can vote on community proposals, protocol upgrades, and decisions that shape the development of the Pencils Protocol ecosystem.

• Transaction Utility: DAPP tokens can be used to pay for services such as transaction fees, auction collateral, and access to yield-enhancing products within the platform.

• Staking and Rewards: Users can stake DAPP to earn points, participate in liquidity provision, or receive additional benefits within the Pencils Protocol ecosystem. Staked DAPP can also be used as collateral to participate in auctions or to access exclusive features such as higher leverage or special strategy products.

• Access to Financial Products: DAPP unlocks advanced DeFi functionalities like liquid staking, restaking, and yield farming strategies, allowing users to optimise their returns on digital assets.

• Community Incentives: Active participants who stake or use DAPP tokens are rewarded based on their contribution, including points that can be redeemed for rewards or discounts within the ecosystem.
