About Moonchain
Moonchain (MXC) is an ERC-20 token supporting a blockchain platform designed for decentralised data, IoT and AI applications. It enables smart contract execution, data settlement, and device provisioning through a scalable layer-3 architecture that incorporates zero-knowledge proofs.
MXC is the native utility token of the Moonchain ecosystem. It functions as the medium of exchange, settlement unit and economic coordination mechanism across the network. MXC is implemented as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum and underpins device interaction, smart contract activity, data transaction fees and participation incentives throughout the Moonchain protocol.

Originally focused on IoT and real-world device connectivity, Moonchain has expanded its protocol design to accommodate AI-enhanced data flows and DePIN networks. The project introduced zkEVM components and broadened its infrastructure to include wallet applications, developer APIs and token mining models. MXC supports tokenised participation and automated workflows across its decentralised architecture.
