Manta Network

Manta Network is primarily used to facilitate privacy-preserving transactions and applications on blockchain. The native token, MANTA, plays multiple roles within the ecosystem. It is used to pay for transaction fees on Manta Atlantic, to participate in governance, and for staking to help secure the network. MANTA holders can vote on key decisions, propose changes, and participate in the decentralised governance of the network​.

The platform is particularly suited for developers building zero-knowledge applications, such as anonymous payment systems, decentralised exchanges (DEXs), and identity verification services that maintain user privacy. Manta also integrates zk-SBTs (Soulbound Tokens) for private, reusable zkAddresses, enhancing privacy in interactions and transactions across the blockchain.
