IMGN has several integrated functions in the IMGN Labs ecosystem:

• DAO Ownership and Governance: IMGN confers full ownership and voting rights within the IMGN Labs DAO. Holders can vote on treasury usage, governance proposals, and strategic development decisions.

• Revenue Participation: IMGN Labs receives publishing fees from all imgnAI-developed products. These revenues are held in the DAO treasury and may be used to fund projects, reward contributors, or distribute returns to token holders, pending governance approval.

• Access to Products and Services: IMGN is used to unlock premium features within the imgnAI ecosystem, including content generation, subscriptions, and agent-based tools such as PumpNai.

• NFT Minting and Creator Rewards: Users can mint AI-generated content as NFTs using IMGN and participate in creator reward programmes. An updated, automated reward system tied to engagement and traffic will replace manual selection systems.

• Liquidity Incentives: IMGN is integrated with platforms like Aerodrome for more capital-efficient liquidity provisioning. The protocol has retired its legacy auto-LP model in favour of community-managed, ranged liquidity pools.

• Ecosystem Mergers: IMGN absorbed NOVA DAO and its treasury through a merger, with NOVA holders airdropped IMGN based on USD-equivalent snapshots. The integration brings in DeFi, GameFi, and tooling IP under the IMGN Labs umbrella.
