Henlo v1 (HENLOV1) is used to incentivise players in the Henlo Kart ecosystem. Players compete in hamster races to earn rewards in various forms:

• Community Jackpot Rewards: Players enter races to win payouts from jackpots distributed every 4 hours, with participation weighted by activity levels and "luck" multipliers based on ETH contributions.

• XP for $AI Airdrops: By participating in races, players earn XP, which translates into allocations of $AI tokens during an upcoming airdrop. XP rewards are influenced by the player's activity level and race results.

• Supercharge Leagues: Players can use ETH to "supercharge" their hamster for enhanced performance and increased chances of winning jackpot rewards. Supercharging also boosts XP and luck multipliers, enhancing rewards.

• Distributed AI Training: The game’s underlying mechanics involve decentralised AI training, where players indirectly contribute to the training and inference of AI models by participating in gameplay.

The Henlo Kart platform integrates blockchain technology to manage race rewards, jackpot distributions, and the airdrop of the $AI token. Additionally, players can use ETH-based racing credits to fund further gameplay and improve their chances of earning rewards.
