BullPerks was co-founded by Eran Elhanani and Constantin Kogan. Eran Elhanani is also the co-founder of GamesPad and founder of Part One Capital, a crypto investment firm. He has a background in Medicine, Computer Science, and Math, and has been an advisor on multiple crypto projects. Constantin Kogan, the other co-founder, is also associated with GamesPad and BitBull Capital. He has founded Adwivo and served as the Managing Director at Wave Financial.
