BAGWORK is the SPL token that represents the Bagwork asset on Solana. It is used for peer-to-peer transfers, tipping, community rewards, and participation in on-chain activities that the community organises. Because it is an SPL token, BAGWORK can interact with Solana applications that support the token program, including wallets, token gating tools, and permissionless liquidity venues. Its practical role is to act as a social and cultural coordination unit for holders, creators, and community channels that choose to recognise it.
BAGWORK follows the SPL fungible token standard. The asset lives at a Solana mint address, and balances are held in token accounts owned by users’ wallet addresses. Transfers rely on the Token Program’s instruction set, while associated token accounts provide standardised storage for balances across wallets. If liquidity pools or other integrations exist, they connect through generic SPL interfaces, which means no custom contract logic is required to recognise the token. Provenance and movements are auditable on chain through standard Solana explorers.
